Terms of Sale:

All products sold by Hawke Ridge Optics are approved for sale in Australia. We check all equipment before it leaves our store and supply application/instruction notes with the goods. Therefore we do not give refunds because the product was not suited to the customer's needs or expectations. Please choose your equipment carefully. Proof of purchase must be provided before returning goods for warranty. $35.00 per item will charged for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods. Therefore we only accept the return of goods on the basis of faults then we will repair/replace. The buyer accepts liability for all freight costs incurred in the return of warranty (repair/replace) goods without exception. We only accept cancellations on equipment that has not yet been put into freight or not yet put on order from our suppliers.

Warranty:

Hawke Ridge Optics will honour the factory warranty for the given period providing the primary requirement of general care has been maintained, do not return goods that have been neglected as warranty exchange will not take place. Most of our equipment has a 12months parts warranty depending on the product. Hawke Ridge Optics reserves the right to waive or amend specific warranty on individual products.

Hawke Ridge Optics does accept purchase orders and we are happy to supply an invoice for pre-payment.

Money Orders:

Payable to Hawke Ridge Optics. Please send money order with relevant details and the purchase ID number from the order. Your order will proceed once we have received the money order.

Cheques:

Payable to Hawke Ridge Optics. Please send cheque with relevant details on the back to match order form details. Your order will proceed once the funds have been cleared.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note we are up to date will all credit card fraud procedures. Amex Card users will incur a 3.0% fee on top of the total order value.
